David Beckham: Starring Role in Olympics Opening Ceremony?
David Beckham has a shirtlesscelebration at the LA Galaxy match vs. Chivas held at The Home Depot Center on Saturday (July 21) in Carson, Calif.
The 37-year-old soccer star and his team beat Chivas 3-1. Congrats, team Galaxy!
Reportedly, David will have a starring role in the Olympics opening ceremony this Friday (July 27) with a special top secret role.
“It is something which nobody will be able to guess. It’s different from anything anyone would expect,” a source said.
“It promises to be an occasion that will bring joy to Beckham’s British fans who were left disappointed that he was left out of Team GB” the source added.

After being left out of the GB football squad David Beckham had considered boycotting the 2012 Olympics.
But now it is being reported that the father-of-four is set to play a last-minute part in the Olympics opening ceremony.
However despite the promising news, Beckham looked glum as he journeyed through LAX yesterday.
En route to catch an international flight, the football ace didn't appear to be his usual cheerful self.
Looking as stylish as ever, David slicked his hair back as he sported a grey shirt which he buttoned up all the way to the top.
He teamed the shirt with a pair of black trousers and brown brouges.
Completing his look he carried his Prada luggage set through the terminal to board the fligh

David Beckham Left Off British Olympic Soccer Team
David Beckham attends an LA Galaxy training session on Thursday (June 28) in Los Angeles.
Earlier in the day, news broke that the 37-year-old soccer star was not included in the British Olympic soccer squad for this summer's London games.
“Everyone knows how much playing for my country has always meant to me, so I would have been honored to have been part of this unique Team GB squad,”David said in a statement (via CNN ).
“Naturally I am very disappointed,” he added, “but there will be no bigger supporter of the team than me and like everyone, I will be hoping they can win the gold.”
